This is an opportunity for us to really dig deep into a project and rely on decades of appraisal experience, which provide real world examples of how hotels operate relative to each other. We collaborate with estate planning attorneys to provide appraisals of the individual hotels, as well as the minority interest in the entity that owns them. Our comprehensive approach is well supported and far more thorough than the typical methods used by our peers.
